What we do
We use nothing but the finest produce for our dishes - only the best ingredients will do. That’s why Quartet is proud to offer fresh, locally supplied fruit and vegetables, and sources butchers and bakers who share our Quartet philosophy. We first ensure that we have the service and quality, and then we negotiate the best possible price, with absolutely no compromise.
Our meals are prepared in line with the five week menu plan that reflects the needs and requirements of the contract, along with salad bars, soups, baked potatoes, sandwiches and rolls, and always healthy options. Whatever your needs are, Quartet can deliver; from a breakfast and lunch service to a twenty four-hour, seven-days-a-week requirement.
